Inspired And Wood Fired

Welcome to El Nido, where modern flavors meet traditional cooking methods to create an original culinary experience. Our kitchen is known for house-made pastas and the open fire cooking techniques of grilling, spit-roasting, smoking, and ember cooking. Nearly every dish served at El Nido is kissed by the flame of our custom wood-fire grill or Italian brick oven. We simply source the best ingredients from Northern New Mexico to create flavorful, wood-fired fare.

Simple; location is great, service is great, dinner was great. The place is much larger than what you first see. Wonderful classic upscale New Mexico styling.

Food was excellent… and the service was just as good. The manager waited on us and was very attentive and friendly. We loved her. Would highly recommend for anybody in Santa Fe.

Outstanding on all levels. Great food, attentive service without being intrusive. Will be going back before we finish our visit to Santa Fe.

Authentic and Timeless

As you enter El Nido, you are welcomed by the warmth of our staff and the glow from the fire. The dining room is intimate and engaging, with original tin chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, colorful murals adorning the walls, and an open view of the live fire cooking station. The bar is elegant and effervescent, offering creative cocktails, a robust wine list, craft beer, and a surprising selection of saké. Our heated garden portal, located just beyond the bar, offers al fresco dining for most of the year, taking full advantage of Santa Fe’s ideal climate.
